Problems with renter neighbors?

Although I do respect the need for rental homes, my personal experience with a rental home on my block has gone from bad to worse. There is constant trash everywhere in the yard, indoor furniture on the patio, and the yard is completely dead save for a few weeds. This has been going on for the past two years, and I have made complaints to the HOA management company to no avail. I would love some community support from those of you that own your home and take care of it, like I do. Please take a stroll down Timber Heights Dr and check out 12116 Timber Heights. If you have a problem with the appearance of the yard, please send in a deed restriction violation request to the HOA. I could use the support!

I live on Timber Heights Dr and pass by 12116 everyday, and all that trash sitting in front of the house is disgusting.

how long does it take for HOA to do something about it. Should we fine them if they don't do their jobs, just like they fine all of us if we don't follow rules?

My wife and I are having similar issues. Trash thrown into OUR lawn, shared fence constantly being broken (guess who does the fixing) etc...
